There are three steps in the operation of the bridge crane, as follows:
The first step of the bridge crane operation：
1.Single-girder bridge crane with cab and driver should check the hooks, wire ropes and safety devices according to the requirements of the check card before driving. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be excluded.
2.round-operated single-girder bridge cranes, each class should have a special person responsible for checking according to the requirements of the inspection card, and abnormal conditions should be excluded.
3.The operator must close the main power supply when confirming that there is no one on the platform or track. When the power circuit breaker is locked or has a sign, it should be removed by the original person concerned to close the main power.
Bridge crane operation step 2：
1.When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the weight should be put down after lifting the height of 0.5 m from the ground. Check the performance of the brakes and confirm the reliability before proceeding with normal operation.
2.Strictly implement the system of “ten not hanging”:
1) The spreader is used unreasonably or the object is not tied up;
2) does not hang when it exceeds the rated lifting capacity;
3) The command signal is unknown or the command is not suspended;
4) Some people on the hanging object or other floating items are not hanging;
5) with angular block objects, not padded;
6) driving hanging heavy objects are not directly hoisted when processing;
7) brakes or other brake safety devices fail to hang;
8) has explosive objects not hanging;
9) obliquely hanging;
10) buried in the underground objects are not hanging.

The third step of the bridge crane operation steps：
1.Raise the hook to a certain height, the cart stops at the designated position, and the controller handle is placed at the “zero” position; pull the knife gate to cut off the power.
2.Carry out daily maintenance.
3.Do a good job in the handover class.
